Ingredients:

  • 115g chocolate, chopped
  • 245g Tims Dairy Greek style vanilla yogurt
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 1/2tsp vanilla extract
  • 130g plain flour
  • 40g cocoa powder
  • 1/2tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 120ml milk of choice
  • 170g chocolate chips (optional)

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Line your tin of choice with greaseproof paper and set aside. I’ve used a loaf tin.

In a microwave-safe bowl, add your chopped chocolate. Melt your chocolate. Let it sit for 1-2 minutes before adding the yogurt, sugar and vanilla extract and whisk until smooth.

Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda, and mix until just combined. Add the milk and mix well.

Next fold through your chocolate chips if you are using them.

Empty the batter into the prepared tin and bake for 20 minutes, or until a skewer comes out just clean. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, before carefully transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Enjoy with an extra dollop of yogurt on top for a really mouth-watering dessert.
