Chocolate Granola - Tims Dairy

What you’ll need:

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 150ml maple syrup
  • 50g cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • juice of one orange
  • 300g rolled oats
  • 50g sunflower seeds
  • 4 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 50g pumpkin seeds
  • 100g flaked almonds
  • 100g sultanas
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips

How to do it:

  1. Heat oven to 150C/fan 130C/gas 2
  2. Mix the oil, maple syrup, cocoa powder, honey and speezed orange juice in a large bowl
  3. Tip all the remaining ingredients in, except the dried fruit and chocolate chips, and mix well
  4. Tip the granola onto two baking sheets and spread evenly
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, then add the dried fruit and bake for 10 minutes more
  6. Once the granola looks cooked, remove from the oven, cool, then stir in the chocolate chips
  7. Serve with your favourite of our yogurts – we’ve used Caffè Latte
  8. It can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks
