Yogurt Dough Wood Fired Pizza From Tom's Tims - Tims Dairy

What you’ll need:

Yogurt Dough:

Toppings:

  • Green pepper
  • Cold meats
  • Mozzarella

How to do it:

  1. Simply combine the flour and yogurt together in a bowl until your yogurt dough starts to form
  2. Empty the contents onto a flat surface and knead the dough until fully combined
  3. Add the herbs, salt and pepper and chopped tomatoes into a bowl and combine
  4. Take around 200g of dough and start to mould into your pizza base using a rolling pin
  5. Place some flour down underneath your base, add your tomato sauce and toppings of your choice
  6. Cook either in the oven at 200°C until your desired texture or in a stone baked oven around 200/300°C
  7. ENJOY!
