1. 200g Tims Dairy Greek style Natural yogurt
  2. 5 tbsp gram flour
  3. 3/4 cup water
  4. 1 tbsp oil or ghee
  5. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  6. 1 clove of garlic
  7. Handful of spinach
  8. A green chilli
  9. 1 tsp sugar
  10. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  11. 1 tsp turmeric
  12. Salt to taste


  1. Mix the yogurt, salt, water, gram flour and turmeric together and whisk until it is smooth and lump free
  2. Heat oil or ghee in a pan and fry mustard seeds. Once they crackle, add cumin seeds, chilli and garlic and sauté for a minute
  3. Add fresh spinach and cook for 5 minutes
  4. Add this to yogurt mixture. Simmer and cook on a low heat for 6-8 minutes. Do not use high heat as the yogurt may curdle. Finish off with sugar (to balance the flavours) and serve
