Yogurt Chocolate Cake - Tims Dairy

What you’ll need:

  • 200g Tims Dairy Greek style Natural yogurt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 100g vegetable oil
  • 125g flour
  • 40g dark cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 175g white sugar
  • 180g chocolate of your choice

How to do it:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Spray a springform pan with baking spray
  2. In a large bowl whisk together the yogurt, eggs, oil and vanilla
  3. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and sugar then add to the wet ingredients
  4. Stir until just combined
  5. Fold in your chocolate of choice and pour the batter into your springform pan
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and enjoy!
