With this wonderful recipe you can make your own granola or just buy a healthy version.

For the Granola mix together:-

  • 300g porridge oats
  • 120g mixed seeds⠀
  • 60g desiccated coconut
  • 50g raisins⠀
  • 100ml maple syrup⠀
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil⠀
  • 3 tbsp Apple juice

Method:

Spread on greaseproof paper on 2 large baking sheets and bake for 30 minutes at 160 degrees stirring every 10 minutes. Leave to cool then store in an airtight container.⠀

For the breakfast bowl:-

Method:

Put the raspberries in a pan with the honey and warm through gently for 5-8 minutes. Stir crushing the raspberries into a rough purée.⠀

Spoon 1 tbsp of the yogurt into each glass followed by 1 tbsp raspberry coulis and 1 tbsp granola.⠀

Repeat the layers then top with blueberries and a sprinkle of flaked almonds, chia seeds and a drizzle of honey.
