Equipment: Easter themed cookie cutters like bunny, flowers, etc.

Line 2 roasting pans with baking paper. Freeze the pans for an hour.

Arrange the cookie cutters and add yogurt. Place a few Easter egg chocolates on top and freeze.

These are perfect for a treat Easter breakfast and also make an excellent all-day healthy snack.
