Serves 8 people

Ingredients

  • 1 jam filled Swiss roll
  • 125g/4oz fresh berries – we used strawberries (halved if large), raspberries and blueberries
  • 1 red fruit jelly – we used Raspberry
  • 450g pot of our Greek Style Vanilla yogurt

For the decoration

  • 125g/4oz fresh berries – same mix as above

Method

  1. Slice the Swiss roll into 1cm slices and line the base and part way up the sides of a large glass dessert bowl
  2. Pile the berries into the centre, then pour in the jelly (made according to the pack instructions)
  3. Place the bowl in the fridge until the jelly is set firm, then spread over the yogurt and decorate with the additional fresh berries
