1. 1 175g pot of Tims Dairy Greek style yogurt with Vanilla
  2. 1 frozen banana
  3. 1 tbsp peanut butter
  4. Fruits to serve. I’ve used strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, mango and orange


Blend the yogurt, frozen banana and peanut butter to make a smooth dip. Freeze the dip for an hour so that it thickens. Kids can dip in fruits.

You can also serve it at room temperature and it is perfect for kids who love a good pourable dip. Use up any leftover as a smoothie – it’s that yummy and simple.
