• 1.5 cups of dried pasta. In picture: Paglia e Fieno

• Salt to taste

• 1 cup of Tims Dairy Greek style Natural yogurt

• 3/4 cup basil

• 1 small green chilli, optional

• 1 clove of garlic

• Red peppers cut into small hearts, to decorate

• 1 tbsp rose harissa pesto, optional


In a pot of boiling water, add the pasta along with salt and cook until soft. Drain and let it cool completely.

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by blending yogurt, basil, green chilli and garlic.

Stir in the sauce with the pasta and mix well until thoroughly combined.

Garnish with red pepper hearts and rose harissa pesto to create that beautiful, perfect Valentine’s plate.
