If you want to get all mushy this Valentine’s why not try our sensational yogurt and fruit puree layered hearts?
A super simple recipe idea that is bound to win hearts and minds.
• Fresh fruit of your choice – we recommend strawberries or raspberries
• A heart shaped mould
• Yes, that’s it
Blend your fresh fruit in a mixer or blender into a smooth puree or use ready-made puree.
Fill the moulds about a third full of the puree, then freeze for an hour.
Mix the remaining puree with some natural yogurt to make the pink layer and fill the moulds a further third full, then freeze again.
Finally, top with just natural yogurt and freeze for a final time.Print
