• 2 Tubes of Puff Pastry
  • 2 Heaped tbsps Biscoff Spread
  • 50g Chopped White Chocolate
  • Flour for dusting
  • 1 Egg for glazing


Dust your worktop with some flour and lay down both rolls of puff pastry.

Cut our your Christmas Tree, remove one of the layers and spread the Biscoff evenly.

Add the chopped white chocolate and place the second layer of puff pastry on top.

Slice your branches around 1 inch/2.5 cm thick making sure you leave an inch thick trunk in the middle.

Twirl your branches, glaze with the beaten egg wash and bake for 15-20 minutes at 190°C.

Take out, allow to rest for 2-3 minutes and then enjoy with some PROPER Greek style yogurt!
