Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a 2lb loaf tin with baking parchment. Sieve the flour into a large mixing bowl (this can be an electric mixer) then add all the other ingredients except the chocolate chips. Mix the ingredients together well and then gently stir in the chocolate chips. Pour into your prepared loaf tin and then bake for 40 minutes. At this point the top of the cake may need covering with foil to prevent burning. Bake for a further 5-10 minutes until the cake is firm but spongy to the touch. Leave to cool then enjoy – see if you can resist it warm and served as below!

To Serve:

Dollop some Tims Dairy Greek Style Natural yogurt on top or enjoy with a dulce de lecce caramel sauce.
