These spicy chicken wings are perfect way to feed a crowd and won’t break the bank in the process.

  • 1 kilo chicken wings

For the marinade.

  • 300g Tims Dairy Greek style natural yogurt
  • 1 thumb sized piece of ginger grated
  • 3 loved crushed garlic
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 red chilli finely chopped
  • juice 1/2 lemon
  • squeeze of honey
  • salt and Pepper
  • limes to serve⠀


Mix the marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Add the wings and coat thoroughly. Leave for 30 minutes, or overnight if you can. Season with salt and pepper and roast on a baking sheet for 30-45 minutes at 180 degrees.
