Summer Fruit Bircher Muesli

“A summery, healthy breakfast of oats, fruit, nuts and seeds soaked overnight in sweet, creamy honey yogurt.”

Method.
Weigh the oats, seeds and nuts into a bowl and stir well. Add the apple, along with a generous half of the yogurt and the apple juice. Stir well, cover with clingfilm and leave in the fridge to soak overnight.
The following day, stir well to mix, then lightly fold through the berries. Spoon into dishes and top each with an extra dollop of honey yogurt.
