Serves about 4.


  • 100g porridge oats
  • 75g mixed seeds (I used pumpkin, linseed and sesame)
  • 75g mixed nuts, chopped (I used walnuts, hazelnuts and almonds)
  • 2 dessert apples, grated
  • 450g Tims Dairy Greek style yogurt with honey
  • 100ml apple or orange juice
  • 100g strawberries, halved or quartered depending on size
  • 100g raspberries
  • 100g blueberries


Weigh the oats, seeds and nuts into a bowl and stir well. Add the apple, along with a generous half of the yogurt and the apple juice. Stir well, cover with clingfilm and leave in the fridge to soak overnight.

The following day, stir well to mix, then lightly fold through the berries. Spoon into dishes and top each with an extra dollop of honey yogurt.
