400g Digestive Biscuits

  1. Food process, or smash your digestives up for the Biscuit base, add the melted butter and mix together
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add your cream cheese and yogurt and mix well
  3. Line your baking tray/tin with the biscuit base and press down evenly
  4. Add your cheesecake filling on top and spread evenly
  5. Place the strawberries whole or cut up on top as well as grating on some white chocolate
  6. Place in the fridge overnight to set
  7. Slice and enjoy!
