Ingredients:

The Spices:

  • ½ tsp Nutmeg
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup

Method:

First cut your pumpkin into cubes, season with salt and olive oil and roast at 180C until soft.

Allow the pumpkin to cool down and then peel the skin off.

Discard the skin and place the flesh into a food processor and blitz until combined.

Add in all your spices and yogurt and mix with a spoon.

Serve with cucumber and carrot sticks along with your favourite crackers!
