Speedy Yogurt Oat Bread - Tims Dairy

How to do it:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6
  2. Simply place all the dry ingredients into a bowl and stir well
  3. Add in the yogurt and honey and mix again until everything is well combined
  4. Empty the mix onto a paper lined baking sheet and shape into an oval loaf with damp hands
  5. Bake for 40-45 mins until the crust is golden brown and the loaf sounds hollow when tapped
  6. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving with a topping of your choice

Recipe Tip:

If you want a slightly sweeter loaf, add a little more honey or try making with Tims Dairy Honey Greek style yogurt instead
