These 5 minute canapés couldn’t be easier and are a lovely alternative to the traditional smoked salmon & creamed cheese version.
Serves: 4-6

Prep: 4 minutes
Cooking: 1 minute
Total: 5 minutes

Ingredients.

Method.

Warm the blinis in the oven for 1 minute. Flake the fish off the skin picking out an bones. Mix the fish with the horseradish, yogurt, lemon juice, chopped herbs and some seasoning and spoon onto the blinis.

Serve with lemon wedges.
