Samosas with Chermoula Dip
Chremoula is a North African herb and spice marinade which takes only 5 minutes to make and, when made into a creamy dip using our yogurt, really elevates samosas.
Mix all the ingredients together (except the yogurt) in a food processor, drizzling the olive oil in gradually and pulsing the processor to make a well mixed but textured herby oil.
In a separate bowl spoon out the natural yogurt then stir in most of the chermoula. Pour into a dish and drizzle the remaining chermoula over the top.
Serve with warm samosas for a delicious sharing platter.
This is also fantastic as an alternative to tartare sauce with fish.
