Saffron & Cardamom Yogurt Dessert - Tims Dairy

What you’ll need:

  • 450g tub of Tims Dairy Greek Style Vanilla Yogurt
  • 6-8 strands of saffron – soaked in 3 tbsps of warm milk
  • 1 tbsp of sugar of your choice
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom powder
  • Chopped Pistachio nuts to garnish (optional)

How to do it:

  1. Transfer the yogurt to a bowl and whip slowly using an electric whisk or hand whisk until you reach a smooth creamy consistency
  2. Add the saffron milk, cardamom powder and sugar, and whisk for a further 2 minutes until all the ingredients are incorporated into the yogurt
  3. Transfer to serving dishes and refrigerate until set, for at least an hour
  4. Garnish with the chopped pistachios and serve
