Ingredients:

  • 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup Tims Dairy Greek style Natural yogurt
  • 2 whole red peppers, roasted
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 3 tbsps tahini
  • 1 small bulb of garlic, roasted
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Method:

Place all the ingredients except the olive oil into a food processor and blend for around 30 seconds.

Add the olive oil and continue to blend until you reach the right consistency.

Taste test and adjust seasoning/salt if required.
