Here’s a great new idea for a ‘cracker’ of a simple festive dessert and a clever twist combining two Christmas favourites – mincemeat and our thick and creamy Greek style yogurt with Vanilla.

Serves 3-4

Method:

Heat the mincemeat in a saucepan to melt the suet. Cool to room temperature. Stir the mincemeat into the yogurt. If you have an ice cream maker churn for 5 minutes then freeze. If not, place the mix in a plastic container and freeze for 90 minutes and then give it a good stir. Repeat several times until frozen.

Serving suggestion:

Wait until everyone is out of the room and dig in!!!
