Preheat the oven to 180C. Prepare the dough by kneading the self-raising flour and 1/2 cup of Kefir.

Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll on a floured surface to make 1cm thick pizza bases. Bake for 15 minutes until slightly golden on top.

Let it cool completely. Generously spread the Coconut Kefir, garnish with fresh blueberries and serve.
