Cinnamon Rolls:

Prep time: 10 mins 

Cooking time: 15 mins

Ingredients:

  • 50g Greek Style Kefir 
  • 50g plain flour 
  • 1 tsp baking powder 
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon 
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar 
  • 1 tbsp melted butter 

 

Method: 

Preheat oven to 180 C. Prepare the dough by kneading kefir with flour + baking powder 

In a bowl mix ground cinnamon + sugar & butter to form a paste 

Roll dough on a floured surface into a circle 10cm diameter. Generously spread the paste on top 

Roll it tight & cut into pieces. Arrange in a baking dish & bake for 12-15 mins or until golden 

When the cinnamon rolls are baking start the pancakes

 

Yogurt Pancakes:

Prep time: 5 mins 

Cooking time: 5 mins

Ingredients:

  • 80g Greek style Kefir 
  • 40g water 
  • 50g plain flour 
  • 1 tsp baking powder 
  • 20g sugar 
  • 1 flax “egg”: 1 tbsp ground flaxseed mixed with 2 tbsps water 
  • 1 tsp orange essence 
  • 2 tbsps coconut oil or butter 
  • Dried rose for garnish 


Method:

In a bowl, whisk kefir & water until smooth. Add flour, baking powder, sugar, flax egg & orange essence. Mix well

Cook on a medium-high hot pan + butter & serve

 

Kefir & Chocolate Sauce: 

Prep time: 5 mins

Ingredients:

  • 60g Greek style Kefir 
  • 2 tsps cocoa powder 
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 1 tsp grated chocolate

 

Coconut Kefir Smoothie:

Prep time: 5 mins
Ingredients:

Method:

For the smoothie blend all ingredients together until smooth. Serve chilled

 

Fruit & Kefir Pot:

Prep time: 5 mins 

Method:
In a bowl add sliced banana, a spoon of Kefir
& finish off with chopped kiwi
