Cover a strainer with muslin cloth and transfer yogurt to it. Keep a bowl at the bottom for water from the yogurt to drip down into and get stored. This water has to be discarded. Refrigerate it for 3-4 hours. Janani says “Tims Dairy yogurt is thick and creamy so this takes very little time.”

Gently fold the lemon zest into the yogurt. Freeze for 10 minutes and serve chilled.
