Garlic Yogurt Chicken
Want to make succulent chicken every time? This is expert cook Tom of Tom’s Tims recipe for marinating chicken breasts in our proper Greek style Natural yogurt overnight – and letting the flavour speak for itself.
First season your board with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and fresh basil.
Next take your chicken breast and roll in the seasoning.
Lay 2 sheets of prosciutto so they are overlapping and roll one of the chicken breasts nice and tight then repeat for the rest and place in a baking dish.
Scoop a dollop of Greek style Natural yogurt and spread over each chicken breast.
Place the chicken in the fridge overnight to marinate.
Once marinated, place the chicken in the oven for around 30 minutes (depending on the size of the chicken breast) at 200°C on fan.
Slice up and enjoy with a nice big salad!
