This dried fruit compote is packed full of natural goodness and is delicious served with lashings of Coconut Kefir or Greek style Vanilla Yogurt and granola for a healthy start to the day. Breakfast – and dessert – never tasted so good!

100g dried apricots
100g dried figs – hard stalks removed
100g vine fruits – we used a mix of large raisins and sultanas
