Recipe for Raitha:
• 200g Tims Dairy Greek style Natural yogurt
• 200g grated cucumber
• A few sprigs of mint, finely chopped
• A few sprigs of coriander leaves, finely chopped or a tsp or dried coriander
• Salt to season

Mix all the ingredients together except the salt. Add salt just before you serve to keep the Raitha thick and creamy.

Recipe for Baked crispy broccoli:
• 100g broccoli florets
• 1 tbsp gram flour
• 1 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp chilli powder
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt to taste

Pre-heat oven to 180 C. Mix all the ingredients together except the salt and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Add in the salt immediately after it is taken out of the baking tray and mix well. Serve with your chilled cucumber Raitha.
