Ingredients for the dip:

Method:

Blitz all the ingredients together to make a creamy delicious dip. Serve chilled.

Ingredients for the puff pastry worms:

  • 1/2 sheet ready rolled puff pastry
  • 1/2 head of broccoli, grated
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella

Method:

Using a cookie cutter, cut the puff pastry into worm  shapes. Sprinkle grated broccoli and cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 10-12 minutes or until golden in colour.

Tips:

  • Black olives go perfectly well with the dip and can be used for eyes and mouths.
  • Blanched broccoli florets are perfect for hair and to dip in.
