Creamy Yogurt Pasta - Tims Dairy

What you’ll need:

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 200g Tims Dairy Greek style Natural yogurt
  • 20g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 sprigs of parsley
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley to top (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to do it:

  1. Cook pasta according to directions on package, depending on type of pasta. Make sure to add salt to the water for best results
  2. In a blender, add the yogurt, garlic, parsley sprigs and olive oil and blend until combined
  3. In a saucepan, add the blended ingredients and slowly heat
  4. Toss in the pasta, making sure to add in a little pasta water as well
  5. Serve with fresh parsley to top and enjoy!
