Ingredients :

  • 80g rolled oats
  • 150g Tims Dairy Greek Style Coconut Kefir
  • 150g milk
  • 40g nuts of your choice, roasted
  • 2  tbsp mixed seeds
  • 130g frozen mixed berries
  • 1-2  tbsp honey
  • Extra berries, nuts & seeds for topping


Begin by placing the oats in a bowl with the Kefir and milk, stir until smooth. Add the seeds and nuts and stir again. Cover and place in the fridge for at least 3 hours or better still overnight.

Defrost the berries. Blitz in a blender until smooth (if you don’t like the seeds just pass through a fine sieve), add honey to your taste. Place the overnight oats in 2 bowls, pour over the berry puree and swirl with a spoon. Top with whole berries, nuts and seeds if desired. Serve and devour.
