Serves 4.

Ingredients:

  • 400g chicken wings

Marinade

  • 1-2 chopped red chillies
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
  • 1 dessert spoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Yogurt dipping sauce 

Method:

Mix all of the marinade together in a bowl. Coat the wings in the marinade and leave for 1/2 hour. Cover with foil and roast at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes remove the foil and cook for another 20-25 minutes.

Mix the dip ingredients together and serve with the delicious sticky chicken wings.
