Carrot & Sweet Potato Spicy Soup
Warm the cockles of your heart with this delicious and nutritious soup.
Sauté the onion in the oil for several minutes until soft. Add the garlic, carrots, sweet potato, ginger and
chilli powder. Stir in the pan for a few minutes then pour in the vegetable stock. Season and simmer for about 15-20 minutes until soft and tender. Blitz in a food processor then serve with a generous dollop of natural yogurt and some freshly chopped chives.
