Ingredients:

  • 50g soft butter
  • 3-4 plums, halved and de-stoned
  • 1 tbsp soft light brown sugar
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • Handful of flaked almonds
  • Honey, for drizzling
  • To serve Tims Dairy Greek style Vanilla yogurt or Honey, or Natural

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180C/Gas 4. Grease a baking dish with the butter.

Arrange the plums cut-side up in the baking dish. Sprinkle over the brown sugar and the cinnamon.

Bake for 10-15 minutes until soft.

Scatter with flaked almonds and serve warm with a generous amount of our thick and creamy Greek style yogurt.

Serving suggestion:

Jack says you could go the whole ‘hog’ if you’re looking to impress with whole woody cinnamon sticks, perhaps a couple of star anise and a liberal smattering of chopped pistachios.
