Boondi Yogurt Raita by The Authentic PunjaBee - Tims Dairy

What you’ll need:

Serves 4

  • 3 cups of Tims Dairy Greek Style Natural Yogurt
  • 2 or 3 tbsps of milk
  • Half a cup of cucumber – peeled, grated with the excess water squeezed out
  • Half a finely diced onion – red or white
  • 1 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp of pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tsp of chaat masala, pink or black salt to taste
  • 1 finely chopped green chilli – optional
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Half tsp of roasted and crushed cumin seeds

How to do it:

  1. Whip the yogurt with the milk until you have removed any lumps and it’s a creamy consistency

2. Mix all the ingredients together and serve – yes – that’s it!
