Terms & Conditions

1. Entry to the competition is free.
2. Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. Entries will only be accepted from people who are resident in the United Kingdom and who are age 18 or over.
4. Entries must be submitted through Facebook. To enter you need to follow both @timsdairy and @simplyfoodbymandy on Facebook and tag a friend in the comments.
5. The draw will close at midnight on Sunday 4th November 2018.
6. The prize for the winner will be a selection of Greek style yogurts, some curry spices, a box of chocolates and a bottle of Prosecco
7. Prizes are subject to availability and Tims Dairy Limited accept no responsibility for third party products.
8. All prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative can be offered.
9. The winner will be notified within 7 days of the competition period ending.
10. The prize will be delivered by post from Ocado and the winner will need to live in a one of the postcodes that Ocado currently deliver to.
11. The name of the winner may be published on the Tims Dairy website and in other Tims Dairy promotional material.  All email addresses submitted will be added to the Tims Dairy databases to receive occasional newsletter emails which can be unsubscribed from at any time.
12. The Promoter may terminate this promotion at any time.  Should the promotion be terminated, no entries will be accepted after the date of termination.
13. The Promoter’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
