Our recent appearance on the Sky Good Food Channel was all about promoting local producers in this area.
We so enjoyed being on Market Kitchen Big Adventure and were so impressed with the recipe that Rachel Allen created with our Greek style natural yogurt that we wanted to share the recipe with you. Rachel visited the Dairy with her film crew where they interviewed Chris and Peter Timotheou to find out about how our yogurt is made. She found the tour really interesting and was particularly inspired on trying the yogurts to experiment with different recipes.
