We have long been admirers of Prince and now King Charles III and his commitment to promoting environmental awareness, his work with sustainably produced food products and his concern and dialogue with UK farmers.
We would like to wish His Highness all the very best for a fabulous Coronation and long Reign.
We have made the Coronation Quiche in his honour – using our Greek style Natural Yogurt though as a healthier alternative to cream! Find the recipe here.
