Listen to Chris Timotheou talking about yogurt with Sheila Dillon of BBC Radio 4

An institution in its own right, we love listening to Sheila Dillon and her various guests on Radio 4’s The Food Programme – the real home of food facts and food issue debates.

We were therefore thrilled when Sheila approached us at the Dairy to do an interview with Chris Timotheou about our Greek style yogurt, our family business history, the yogurt making process and the role of Greek style yogurt in today’s growing marketplace.

The feature is scheduled to be aired on Radio 4 on Sunday 26th January at 12.32pm with a longer repeat on Monday 27th January at 3.30pm – do please tune in if you can.
