We love supporting local food events and we were very pleased to link up with Greg and Chris of Native Feasts pop-up supper clubs.

They are passionate about using local produce in their unique supper clubs. Their focus is on creating holistic dining experiences, taking the best bits of their formal training, throwing away the stuffiness and concentrating on quality, atmosphere and creating informal experiences of the type that they would like to go to themselves.

As we know, yogurt is increasingly popular with Chefs as an ingredient, and Chris is showcasing our Greek style yogurt in some of his menus.

He has already used it to create a stunning Labneh (pictured below) and will next be using it for a special mint sauce to go with lamb at their next event ‘Tapas Social’ on 18th April at Tap Social in Oxford – you can book tickets here.
