A total of 5 Gold Stars at this year’s awards
Yes, we’ve done it again and are SO proud … and takes our Hall of Fame up to 13 Gold Stars in total since 2011!
More recognition that our Greek Style Natural yogurt is on the podium and worthy of medals – 2 Gold Stars for 2016:
Judges comments: “Silky smooth yogurt, beautiful acidity, lactic notes, thick and rich. Delicious clean dairy notes too.”
Our delicious Soured Cream wins 2 Gold Stars:-
Judges comments: “A very fresh, citrussy, sour milk. Good length of flavour – very clean dairy notes. Rich and smooth. Well judged acidity.”
And last, but definitely not least, our Buttermilk is awarded a hugely well deserved 1 Gold Star:
Judges comments: “Fresh, citrussy, milky and refreshing. Such a clean dairy product – would be wonderful for baking but delicious on its own.”
