Cook, writer, presenter and one of the foremost voices on British outdoor eating, Genevieve Taylor, has prepared a series of four delicious, simple summer recipes using our award-winning range of Greek Style yogurts.

Accompanying bite-sized video clips from renowned food photographer Rob Wicks, of Eat Pictures, whet the appetite and capture the essence of each recipe beautifully.

The four simple family recipes include BBQ Grilled Red Pepper, Feta & Yogurt Dip with Hazelnut Flatbreads; Blackcurrant & Vanilla Yogurt Ripple with Ginger Nut Sprinkles; Summer Fruit Bircher Muesli; Courgette & Potato Rosti with Minted Beetroot Yogurt.

Each recipe heroes our Bio-Live Greek Style Yogurt as a very versatile ingredient and shows what a fabulous addition it is to so many dishes. More and more Chefs now use yogurt as a healthy alternative to cream and champion the bio-live bacteria which are good for gut health.

“It was a joy to come up with these colourful summery recipes using Tims Dairy yogurt, such creamy rich yogurt and one of my favourite and most versatile ingredients in the kitchen” said Genevieve.
