We love working with local food producers and Chefs, and have been lucky enough to work closely with local star Chef, Chris Wheeler on several occasions. Chris is a multi-talented and passionate Chef who finds time to be at the forefront of his game whilst being the Executive Chef of Humphry’s Restaurant and running all of the catering concerns for Stoke Park.

He also finds time to always have a smile on his face and support all things local, through events, menus and just recently with the launch of his first amazing recipe book ‘The Ginger Chef Served Up’.

We were honoured and delighted to have had our yogurt as a key ingredient in three of his gorgeous recipes – Home Cured Gravadlax, Warm Smoked Chicken Watercress & Asparagus Salad, and, Chocolate & Coffee Delice.
