She takes a holistic approach to family mealtimes, her aim being to create healthy and nutritious meals that work for all the family. To minimise the time spent in the kitchen and to make the planning and preparation of meals as stress free as possible, Anna loves one pot cookery and sharing platters. Anna features a variety of meat, fish but also meat free dishes as her eldest child is vegetarian.
