Tims Dairy is proud to have achieved Grade A accreditation under the British Retail Consortium (BRC) Global Food Standard 4 auditing scheme, and is also accredited by the Soil Association for the manufacture of organic dairy products
Tims Dairy has an up to date Quality Management System based on HACCP using internationally recognised Codex Alimentarus principles. Good Manufacturing Practice is implemented for the control and management of manufacturing and quality testing of all dairy products. GMP covers the documentation of every aspect of process, from order placement, goods receipts to finished product delivery. This enables full traceability of the products from supply to delivery
The site has been accredited as a training centre for food hygiene in-house training by the Royal Institute of Public Health (RIPH). Substantial investment has been made in production methods over recent years, creating high quality systems that ensure we as a dairy reach both the standards demanded in today’s marketplace and the statutory requirements of current food legislation
